What has been the starting times and weigh-in times for the last two tourneys?

Is 3:00pm when the weigh in opens or is 3:00pm the deadline?

In Jax and Punta Gorda the weigh-in started at 1:00 PM, and everyone had to be in by 3:00.

Its Civil Twilight and this morning it was 6:32 over here. Its when the light is illuminating enough that a boat can see you.
