On our weather site under the Moon Phase information is the "Civil Twilight" information.

I’m familiar with “legal shooting time” which is based on civil twilight I think?

I just ask as I’m a big fan of the bite between twilight and sunrise, and I will be chomping at the bit to launch as early as legally allowed. But it seems my question has been answered as there will be a set time at the captains meeting vs. a more ambiguous “crocodile dundee” position of the sun time!

You will be able to launch anywhere you wish. While it won't be mandatory at all, I hope to be able to identify a popular launch spot where we can shoot some early morning photos,
coordinate with the TV camera crews when they are there, bring the coffee pot that I take to every Redfish Tour launch, and like that.

Looking for suggestions as to locations.

Can you jump spots? Take a pic of first launch, fish, move to another spot, take a new picture, fish and so on?

swamppro...you only need to take 1 pic of your yak, token and measuring device in the am at your first launch site. This identifies you with your yak, token and measuring device. It should be the first pic taken. You can fish as many different areas that you wish...just can't transport your yak by boat.
